Why Humidity Matters

Mushrooms are 90% water, and they absorb moisture directly from the air. During fruiting, maintaining 80-95% humidity is critical. A fine, even mist — not large droplets — is the best way to keep humidity high without waterlogging your substrate or damaging delicate pins.

How to Use
