By using the Flying Mushroom website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. If a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or backorder.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we ship it. We may decline an order for any reason.

Shipping

We ship to the continental United States. Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days. Free shipping on orders $75+.

Returns

Equipment may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Live cultures, grow kits, and substrates are non-returnable. Damaged items replaced within 48 hours of notification.

Biological Materials Liability

Mushroom cultivation involves biological materials. We guarantee the quality of our products at the time of delivery. We are not liable for cultivation failures due to environmental conditions, contamination after opening, or improper technique. Customers assume responsibility for results after delivery.

Class Bookings

Class fees are refundable up to 48 hours before the workshop. Rescheduling is available with 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the class fee.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts.
