We ship to the continental United States. Colorado orders ship for $8. All other continental US orders ship for $14. Free shipping on orders $75+.
Local pickup is available at our Englewood, CO warehouse — 360 Inverness Dr S, 80112. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll coordinate a pickup time.
Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Shipping carrier: USPS Priority Mail
- Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after shipping
- You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (live cultures, biological materials), we cannot accept returns on grain spawn, substrate bags, or grow kits. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Equipment and non-biological items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@flyingmushroom.com with your order number.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Class Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before the workshop. Reschedule anytime with 24 hours notice.
